Ron shared the following invitation in the Hardwick Forum. We thought it was well worth a share:
“The adventure in aging is finally having the time not to be in a hurry. The world hasn’t stopped. It just changed its pace.
“A small group of men have settled in under my shady carport here in Hardwick Village once a week. We meet on Wednesday mornings at 8 AM for an hour or so, drink iced tea or coffee, eat a snack, and visit with no agenda except to enjoy each other’s company.
“I have room for more. There’s always a guy or two unable to make it each time due to conflicts. So come pull up a chair, socialize, and join in the conversations.
“If you are interested, reach out. I look forward to hearing from you.”

This posting was published in Hardwick, inviting those who live nearby. When one of the local librarians read it on FPF, she reached out to invite them to move their weekly visits to the library when the weather turns cold!
