Best of FPF: Great Place for Lunch?

Stephanie asked a question in the New North End Forum of Burlington. We thought it was well worth a share:

“My husband and I have been traveling around Vermont eating lunch at country/general stores. So far, we’ve gone to the Craftsbury General Store, Currier’s Market in Glover, the Barnard General Store, Harry’s Hardware and the Den in Cabot, and the Falls General Store in Northfield Falls. All have been excellent!! Some have tables and chairs inside, and at others, we’ve had to eat in the car. Sitting on the porch is an option in good weather.
