		<description>Thanks Fran.  Glad to hear it.  FPF is a little sleepy in your area.  One way to make it more vibrant is to ask one question/week for a month or two.  Post the question to your neighbors via FPF and ask that they respond to your forum (not just to you directly).

Sample questions...
- Any wildlife sightings recently?
- Best local ice cream?
- Which mechanic/plumber/roofer/etc. do folks recommend?
- Favorite places to canoe/hike/watch the sunset/etc.?

It&#039;s like priming a pump... once the communication is flowing among neighbors, it&#039;ll keep going on its own... but it often needs some steady pumping to get it flowing.</description>

		<description>Michael,  Hooray for Front Porch Forum.  I use it mostly to find out what is happening at the Library and with local events.  I also see it as a great way to create community, which we definitely need in these times of hectic lives and tensions across groups of people.</description>
